Overview

The Department of Commerce was initiated in the year 2001. To be an inspiring centre it renders the Commerce Education to improve the knowledge of the students. Guest lectures and orientation programmes are organised to develop their wisdom in the various spectrums of Commerce and Finance. To improve the practical knowledge and to initiate the application skills in the area of industry, many industrial visits are arranged for the students. In the view of bringing out the team effort and harmony the final year graduates are taken for educational tours. An additional section was also introduced in 2012. Under the roof of the commerce department, a certificate course named as Tally ERP 9.0 was started in the year 2013.
