About National Service Scheme

The National Service Scheme (NSS) of Kaamadhenu Arts and Science College has a rich history of community engagement and service. Established on 26.12.2002, the club has consistently exemplified the values of the National Service Scheme by actively participating in various social initiatives. Over the years, it has organized numerous impactful projects such as rallies, awareness programmes, blood donation camps, etc., contributing significantly to the welfare of the local community. The club has also been instrumental in nurturing leadership skills and instilling a sense of social responsibility among its student members. Its commitment to “Not Me, But You” has left a lasting impression on the college and the surrounding area.

Objective

✔ The main objective of the NSS is to instill the idea of social welfare in students and provide community services without bias.

NSS Volunteers Roles and Responsibilities

NSS volunteers are expected to balance their academic commitments with their responsibilities within the NSS, and the experience provides them with valuable life skills and a sense of social responsibility.
