Our helpdesk assists students with the following:
- Academic Support – Syllabus, internal marks, attendance, timetable, and exam-related queries.
- Administrative Assistance – Fees, scholarships, certificates, ID cards, and other official requests.
- Library & Digital Resources – Book requests, digital learning platforms, and access issues.
- Technical Support – Online portals, email login, Wi-Fi access, and IT-related concerns.
- Hostel & Accommodation – Room allocation, maintenance, and food-related grievances.
- Counseling & Student Welfare – Mental health support, career guidance, and peer conflict resolution.
- Internship & Placement Support – Career development, internship opportunities, and placement assistance.
- Extracurricular & Clubs – Sports, cultural events, and students club activities.
- Grievance Redressal – Complaints regarding faculty, administration, or other college-related concerns.

Students can submit their queries through the Student Helpdesk Google Form. Based on the nature of the request, responses will be provided via email, phone, or in-person appointments.
